We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–4 business days before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $89.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your scent. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.

Unopened Fragrance Products: We accept returns on unopened, unused fragrance products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please contact us at hello@yourstrulyperfumes.com to initiate a return.

Custom Scent Orders: All custom fragrance orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Because each custom scent is crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on personalized orders.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@yourstrulyperfumes.com with a photo of the item and we will make it right.
